About Us

Heather A. Fatzinger, owner of Public Relations, Marketing and Events firm Full Circle Communications, Inc., has worked in the Public Relations/Environmental Education field for over 10 years. Her skills and experience afford her the versatility to excel in a wide range of services, from campaign management to high-pressure public relations details, as well as environmental education and community outreach.

Ms. Fatzinger was born in Nashville, Tennessee and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has a BA in Psychology from Spelman College (’95), and an MS in Public Service Administration/Non-Profit Management from Spertus College in Chicago, Illinois (’98).

As a resident of Northwest Atlanta, Heather Fatzinger is very active in the community with a passion for service. She has worked with many service and professional organizations and continues to devote her time to such programs as the Atlanta Fulton County League of Women Voters, the National Forum for Black Public Administrators – Metro Atlanta Chapter, Metro Atlanta Kiwanis Club, Maynard Jackson Youth Foundation, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., People TV (Board Member), Georgia Association of Water Professionals, Atlanta Citizens Review Board (Board Member), West Atlanta Watershed Alliance, Park Pride, International Association for Public Participation, and many other service organizations.

All Full Circle staff members are highly qualified and have exemplary educational and career backgrounds. Full Circle also has vast resources of talent, knowledge, and experience provided by our highly skilled technical advisory team.

Our team collectively has over 100 years of experience, and is composed of numerous professionals specializing in such fields as environmental justice, risk management, construction management, environmental and civil engineering, web design, graphics, community and public relations, grant writing, program design, and marketing.
