Heather A. Fatzinger is the President and owner of
Full Circle Communications, Inc. is a woman-owned, minority-owned professional services firm with offices in Atlanta, GA, and Baton Rouge, LA. With over 23 years of experience, Heather leads Full Circle in providing community relations, engineering support, public engagement, meeting facilitation, and administrative services for large infrastructure, water, wastewater, solid waste, transportation, and capital improvement projects.
Her background spans political campaign management, environmental justice, small business development, and executive coaching, giving her a unique ability to connect diverse stakeholders, manage complex projects, and deliver results for public and private sector clients.
Heather holds a BA from Spelman College and an MS in Human Services Administration/Non-Profit Management and serves on the Board of the Atlanta Business League and Women in Transportation. She is also one of the co-founders of WICERS (Women in Construction, Engineering, and Related Services).
