About Full Circle Communications

Full Circle Communications, Inc. is a woman-owned, minority-owned firm that helps our clients effectively communicate with the public and their customers, and create community specific strategies to enlighten, engage and educate. We serve private sector, public sector, and non-profit clients.

Our offices are located in Atlanta, Georgia and in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Full Circle is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Female Business Enterprise (FBE), and Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE) with many state and local municipalities, as well as the Georgia Department of Transportation and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.

 

About Our Founder

HeatherFCC1-209x300Ms. Fatzinger has worked in the Communications field for over 15 years, with career experience in areas such as political campaign management, grassroots organizing, environmental justice, professional development, motivational workshops and community engagement. She is a certified public speaker, a trained executive life coach, and has six years of classical vocal training. A patron of the arts, Heather toured with an international touring company for two years, and was a member of the Spelman College Glee Club.

Heather is a graduate of Spelman College, with a BA in Psychology, and has a Master of Science in Public Service Administration/Non-Profit Management from Spertus College in Chicago, Illinois. Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Ms. Fatzinger has been a resident of Atlanta, Georgia since childhood. Ms. Fatzinger is very active in the community with a passion for service. She has worked with many service and professional organizations and continues contribute to programs such as the Atlanta Fulton County League of Women Voters, the National Forum for Black Public Administrators – Metro Atlanta Chapter, Metro Atlanta Kiwanis Club, Maynard Jackson Youth Foundation, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., People TV (Board Member), Georgia Association of Water Professionals, International Association for Public Participation, and multiple other service organizations.

Our Team

At Full Circle, we are committed not only acquiring highly qualified team members with exemplary educational and career backgrounds, but providing an environment where they continue to grow professionally and creatively. Our staff usually ranges from 5 to 10 team members, based on our project load.

Our team has over 100 years of collective experience, with professionals specializing in environmental justice, risk management, construction communications management, environmental and civil engineering, community and public relations, customer service training, communications workshops, program design, and marketing. Full Circle has vast resources of talent, knowledge, and experience provided by our highly skilled technical advisory team.
