Marsh Creek Pump Station
The Marsh Creek Pump Station Project was an initiative to replace the existing pump station with a new, state-of-the-art pump station with upgraded equipment and flow monitoring devices. Alcovy Watershed Management Program
Study was made to protect the Alcovy River basin and commissioned by the Northeast Georgia Regional Development Center. Services Provided: Created educational materials and study reports for each of the 15 participating municipalities and its citizens during this two-year watershed protection study. Rockdale County Water Resources Treatment Plant Project
Conducted monthly meetings with a 25-member citizens’ advisory group formed to provide fiscal oversight to elected officials during construction of the county’s first water treatment plant. Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority Quarles Plant Expansion
Responsible for working with water authority staff to inform citizens residing near the Quarles Water Treatment Plant of plans to expand the plant from 64 mgd to 84 mgd over a three year period. Developed mailings, websites, public meetings, and educational materials.
Big Creek WPCP Interim Capacity Improvements Evaluation
Responsible for working with county staff to develop a project information campaign targeting local residents, County Commissioners, and other interested parties for a wastewater treatment plant improvement project. Created informational materials such as status reports, presentations, and display boards, in addition to coordinating a series of public meetings.
Fulton County Water Resources Management Program
Part of the NPDES permitting process to expand wastewater treatment facilities and develop storm water management plan. The project included the Camp Creek, Little River, Big Creek, Johns Creek, and the Sandy Springs watersheds.
